He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Philomena Meringolo Tupper Miller; his stepchildren, Pamela Zelasky (Mike), Karen Semmelrock, David (Jen) and Tupper; his brothers, Robert Miller (Donna) and Paul Miller (Wendy Richardson); and his grandchildren, Philip (Jennie), Tupper, Erin Chauvin (Jason), Caitlin Keller (Vince), Zachary Semmelrock (Kellie), Emily Semmelrock, Jessica, Lauren and Rachel Zelasky. He was also cherished by 2 great-granddaughters, 2 great-grandsons, nieces, nephews and cousins.
