She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert J. Mulholland and Maryann Mulholland (Grimshaw); her husband Edward Fabisian; and her siblings, Harry J., Albert J., James F. Mulholland, Mary Irene Ward, Francis LaChapelle and Dorothy Mulholland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (11 Baltic Rd, Norwich, CT 06360). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (815 Boswell Ave, Norwich, CT 06360).

“My heart is saddened by the passing of my neighbor Rosalie. I grew up next-door to Rosalie and enjoyed going to visit her and Eddie on their back porch. Rosalie was very kind and helped get me a summer job at the thermos factory. I learned a lot that summer, especially how hard it was to work on a factory line in the sweltering heat of August. Rosalie always treated me with kindness and generosity. She will be missed.”
