He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smead and Theresa Smead; his brother Richard Smead; and his brother-in-law Donald Bergeron. He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia Green; and his siblings, John Smead (Ruth), Linda Procious (James) and Diane Bergeron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
