He was predeceased by: his parents, Raoul Girard, Sr. and Augusta Girard (Selnau); his son Westly Girard; and his siblings, Raul and Anita.
He is survived by: his wife Rose-Ann Girard (D'Aprile); his sons, Mario Girard (Bea), Carlos Girard (Sheila) and Kirkland Girard (Lynn); his stepdaughter Tammy Goodwin (Chuck); and his brother Richard. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Divine Providence National Catholic Church (11 Silver St, Norwich, CT 06360).
