He was predeceased by: his parent Robert C. Elgin; and his siblings, Larry R. Elgin and Linda R. Perkowski. He is survived by: his parent Janet G. Elgin (Foster); his sister Robin Damien (Mark); and his fiancée Diane Meyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
