He is survived by: his wife Janice Seibert (Baldi); his daughters, Jessica Sypher of Westbrook, CT and Rachel Sypher (Eliott Adanti) of Moodus, CT; his granddaughter Angelyn Graves of Westbrook, CT; and his sisters, Lynne Persson of Old Saybrook, CT and Patricia Barber of Chester, CT.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
