With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Martin Higgins Jr. of Norwich, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Martin Higgins Sr. and Teresa Higgins (Fitzgerald); and his sister Alice Ann Tompkins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lu Higgins (Sullivan); his daughters, Lucretia Porizky (Mark) of Mystic and Lucinda Marsalisi (Tony) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Ryan Marsalisi (Jessica) of Columbia, Cassandra Rollinson (Nathan) of Groton, William DeCourcey of Mystic, Kyle Marsalisi (Haley) of Miami and Joseph Marsalisi (Kelsey) of Columbia; and his great grandchildren, Brayden and Connor Marsalisi of Columbia.
