He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Barrows and Audrey Barrows (Barnes); his siblings, Michael, Beverly, Billy and Tommy; and his nephew Joshua.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Barrows (Dougherty); his children, John (Michelle), Jeanette and Jeffrey (Devon); his grandchildren, Dustin, Hunter (Jordan), Logan, Carly and Kenzie; his great grandchild Cedar; and his siblings, Butchie, David, Charlene, Wayne and Janet.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woyasz & Son Funeral Home (141 Central Ave, Norwich, CT 06360).
