He is survived by: his nieces, Jessica (Nemczuk) Wagner (Bud) and Marcia Nemczuk; his nephew Steven Nemczuk (Nicole); his great-nephew Benjamin Nemczuk; his sister-in-law Gloria Nemczuk (Colicchio); and his caregiver Faruk.
