He was predeceased by: his parent Diana Johnson; and his brother Eddie Johnson. He is survived by: his children, David Johnson Jr., Melquan Johnson, Denzel Lamari Johnson, Sa'Ta-Sha Senior, Adrina Robinson, DiVona Johnson and Breanna Johnson; the mothers of children, Sholeen Robinson and Shannon Penman; his siblings, Dwayne Johnson and Patricia Higgins; and his niece Olivia Wells. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and many other nieces and nephews.
