He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shelley and Dorothy Elizabeth Shelley (Morris); his children, Charles F. Shelley, Jr. and Kim Marie Shelley; his brother Donald Shelley; and his great grandchild Grace Marie Rhoades.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Turner; his daughter Dawn Bouchard (Greg) of Lisbon; and his grandchildren, Jamie Serpa (Jarred), Jessica Rhoades (Robert), Travis Bouchard and Hailey Bouchard. He is also survived by 4 great-grandsons.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Roman Catholic Mission Church (190 Fitchville Rd, Bozrah, CT 06334).
