He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Ward O'Neill and Helen O'Neill (Faller); his children, Theodore G. O'Neill Jr. (Keri) of Fairfield, CT and Julie Falkingham (Greggory) of Norwalk, CT; his stepsons, Adam Vossbrinck (Debbie) of Southbury, CT and Jonathan Vossbrinck (Adrianna) of Morganville, KY; his brothers, J. Ward O'Neill Jr. (Sue) of West Hartford, CT and Charles K O'Neill (Katherine) of Brooklyn, NY; his wife Kathryn O'Neill; and his stepson Paul. He was also cherished by many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
