Owens Jr. of Norwalk, Connecticut, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marge R. Owens; his parents, Robert V. Owens, Sr. and Jacqueline Y. Gobozy; his son John Owens; his brothers, Patrick F. Owens, Kevin L. Owens and Dennis C. Owens; and his brother-in-law Michael Bonito.

He is survived by: his sons, David Owens (Lena) and James Owens (Kelly); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Caitlin and Patrick Owens; and his siblings, David M. Owens (Dorothy), Eileen Owens, Colleen Turner (Terence) and Doreen Bonito. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
