It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert John Godzeno of Norwalk, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on August 5, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Godzeno and Lucy LaConte Godzeno; and his former wife Jeanne Clarke Godzeno. He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Godzeno of Norwalk; his son Robert M. Godzeno; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Godzeno; his grandchildren, Maya of Stamford, CT and Cory Godzeno of Stamford, CT; his stepchildren, Laura Stubbs of Norwalk, CT and Robert Keller (Ryan Wethall) of Oak Harbor, WA; and his pets, Bella and Sky. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bob spent the largest share of his working years as a salesman at H&L Chevrolet in Darien, where he worked for 30 years until his retirement during the Covid pandemic.
