It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Tortorella DiScala of Norwalk, Connecticut, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gioacchino "Jack" DiScala; her brother Sam Tortorella; and her parents, Lucy Tortorella and Salvatore Tortorella. She is survived by: her children, Michael F. DiScala (Donna) and Lucia DiScala Breault (Joseph D. Breault); her daughter-in-law Michele Alberta DiScala of Norwalk; her grandchildren, Portia Antonio, John DiScala, Natalie Grillo, Jaclyn DiScala and Michael DiScala, Jr.; and her stepgrandchildren, Nora Breault, Lauren Ambrogio and Joseph V. Breault. She is also survived by her six great grandchildren and three step-great grandchildren, 2 step great greatgrandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
