She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Ryan and William Ryan. She is survived by: her husband Bobby; her sons, William Michael Tiagwad and Robert Burgess (Angel); her son-in-law David Wagner; her grandchildren, Hilary (Javier), Matthew (Jessica), Brett (Alyssa) and Ebony; her adoptive daughter Darlene Young; her siblings, Harriet Myles, Evelyn Brown, Vernel Brayboy and Joseph Brayboy; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Dimmock and Delores Bentley. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, loved ones, extended family and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Congregational Church - Rev. Henry K Yordon Justice Fund in her name.
