She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bracke and Mae Bracke; and her brother Warren. She is survived by: her husband Vincent DePanfilis of Norwalk; her children, Susan Provato of River Vale, NJ and Michael DePanfilis (Sheryl) of Lititz, PA; her grandchildren, Nicole Hart (Bryan), Gregory (Karli), Matthew, Kiersten and Bradley DePanfilis; and her great grandchildren, Lucas and Ava Hart.

Donations in her name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
