She was predeceased by: her parents, Efrain Carvajal and Transito Carvajal. She is survived by: her children, Luis Carlos Ardila, Elvia Rosa Ardila of Ferreira, Maria Emilse MacArthur, Lucy Gomez and Beatriz Preter; and her sister Reina Rave. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
