Margaret R. Amato Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2025, at the age of 85, Margaret R. Amato (Norwalk, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Peter Grant Rolland; and her siblings, Thomas Rolland, James Rolland, John Rolland, Peter "Sonny" Rolland and Elizabeth Menzies (Betty).
She is survived by: her husband Michael S Amato; her children, Michael P Amato of Charleston, SC, James Amato, John Amato and Sarah Beaudry (Bob) of Trumbull; and her sister Catherine O'Rawe of Scotland. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Whittingham Cancer Center at Norwalk Hospital in memory of Margaret Amato.
