She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ellis and Frances Geller. She is survived by: her husband Carl Schaefer of Norwalk; her sons, Marc (Stacey Shubitz) of Lititz and Adam (Christine) of Queens; her grandchildren, Isabelle, Casey, Kaitlyn and Ari; and her sister Barbara Minoff of Stratford. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and countless dear friends.
Instead of flowers, mourners are asked to donate to the American Cancer Society.
