Blackwell (Norwalk, Connecticut), born in Camden, South Carolina, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Louis F. Blackwell; her sibling Almeta Stewart Jacobs; and her parents, Bernice Stewart and Theodore Stewart. She is survived by: her brother Theodore "Bubba" Stewart; her daughter Audrey Lowery (Eugene); her stepson Elgin Blackwell; her daughter Paulette Powell; her grandchildren, Sydney Lowery, Gene Travis Lowery and Kiki Blackwell; her great grandchildren, Natavious Blackwell and Kiyan Blackwell; and her nephews, Aaron Stewart and Wayne Jacobs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
