He was predeceased by: his father Stephen McKinley. He is survived by: his significant other Suzanne England; his mother Ellen McKinley (Stein); his close friend Suzanne; his daughter Kate Mitchell (James); his stepchildren, Madeleine, Andrew and Owen England; and his brothers, Keith (Susan), Kerry (Brenda), Kristopher (Marissa) and Kraig (Michele). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, his extended family and his many dear friends.
