He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene Osborne and Kenneth Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Osborne; his sons, Michael Osborne (Courtney), Thomas Osborne (Brie) and Jake Osborne; his siblings, Ray Osborne (Sue) and Julie Blick (Rob); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey, Teagan and Murphy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
