She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph R. Forlano, Sr.; her parents, Stephen Miklos and Susan Miklos (Pastir); and her brothers, Stephen, Joe, Andy and John Miklos.

She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Forlano, Jr. (Lucille) and Raymond Forlano; and her grandsons, Joseph III and David (Siu Lu). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
