She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Motika and Mary Sklepko Motika; her husband Stephen Chmielewski; and her siblings, John (Bernice), George (Viola), Andrew, Ann (Anthony Cianci), Margaret (Anthony Mayor) and Elizabeth (Leonard Ferrara).
She is survived by: her daughter Helen; her sister Frances (late Walter Yorzinski) of Guilford; and also, Thomas and Elaine. She is also survived by great) nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Notre Dame Health & Rehabilitation Center in Norwalk.
