Frances Seuch Obituary
Frances LaCroix Seuch, age 105, passed away peacefully on Saturday June 29, 2024 with her devoted daughter and son by her side, at the Norwalk Hospital. Born in Bridgeport, CT on July 22, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Jennie Rodney LaCroix.
Frances embarked on a notable career as a glass blower at Raytheon Company, formerly Machlett Labs, for 30 years. She was also a member and past president of the VFW ladies' auxiliary. She was a loving mother and grandmother who cared deeply for her family.
Survivors include her daughters Gail Mutuski, Judith Thomas from Norwalk CT, and son Alexander Thomas Jr. from Greenwich, CT, Grandchildren Paul Guimond, Melissa Magyar, and Alexander Thomas II, Great grandchildren Tyler, Caroline and Connor Magyar and Joseph Guimond, Great-great-grandchildren Maverick and Archer Magyar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband Alexander Thomas Sr., and second husband Stephen Seuch, grandsons Raymond Guimond and Keith Clancy, son-in-law Gerald Mutusku and four brothers and five sisters George, William and Albert Noonan and Frank LaCroix, Grace Leary, Edna Leahy, Dorothy LaCroix, Hazel Mezick and Florence Martin.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 8 at 11AM, at St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Ave., Norwalk. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to Tunnels to Towers or a veteran's group.
