He is survived by: his wife Nancy Berkowitz of Norwalk, CT; his daughters, Jeannine (Bruce Weed) of Danbury, CT and Jennifer Berkowitz Wieland of Ridgefield, CT; his grandchildren, Jonathan Wieland of Southbury, Olivia Wieland of Ridgefield and Shelby Weed of Danbury; and his brothers, Jerry Berkowitz (Annette) of Laguna Woods, CA and Murray Berkowitz (Riva).
