She is survived by: her children, Sheila Polite of Covington, GA and Rodney Polite (Ingram) of Bridgeport, CT; her sisters, Mary Ann Langley of Norwalk, CT and Yvette Mack (Thomas) of Elloree, SC; her nieces and nephews, Heather Stokes, Andreya Stokes, Sandra Simms (Travis), Daquana Mack, Thomasina Mack, Andrew Stokes (Delores), Daryl Stokes (Marisol), Dwayne Stokes (Donna) and LaThomas Mack; her siblings-in-law, Frank (Diane) and Annette Nelson of Gainesville, VA; her grandchildren, Jarrett Smith of Covington, GA, Morgan McKnight of Orlando, FL, Blair Christine Polite of Tallahassee, FL and Blake Anthony Polite; her great grandchildren, Cameron Nasir Smith of Covington, GA, Peyton McKnight and Kyrie Poole of Orlando, FL; her goddaughter Kesha Burden-Dance of Norwalk, CT; and her godfather Tony Johnson of Santee, SC..
