She was predeceased by: her former husband Art Hornick. She is survived by: her husband Don LaJoie; her children, Scott Hornick (Peggy), Mia Hornick Marshall, Paige Fraser (Tom), Randy LaJoie (Lisa), Missy Murphy (Jim) and Linda Lay (Tim); and also Donald LaJoie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Yale School of Medicine with Petrylak Research Educational Fund noted.
