She was predeceased by: her father John Frederick; her siblings, Dorothy, John Kenneth, Jr. and William Fredrick; and her son Lewis J. Pennell.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis W. Pennell; her sons, Lee L. Pennell (Marsha) of Enfield, CT, Kevin G. Pennell (Joyce) of Norwalk, CT and Glenn K. Pennell (Tammy) of Port St; her grandchildren, Robert Pennell, Stacy Hydinger, Rachel Dustin, Michele Ruggiero, Tristan Pennell, Alexandra "Lexi" Pennell and Amanda Cummings; and her great grandchildren, Elle, Wesley Dustin, Anna, Colin Hydinger, Cole, Sloane, Quinn Ruggiero and Emerson Cummings. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
