He was predeceased by: his wife Rose (DellaVecchio); and his mother Ingrid. He is survived by: his brother George; his children, Michael of Stamford and Kimberly Hoyland-Devaney of Southport; his son-in-law Martin Devaney; and his grandsons, Ryan and Conner Devaney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
