He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alan Burr, Sr. and Eleanor Libby Burr; his significant other Gail Dunlap Burr; his sons, Alan (Ivy), Russell (Maria) and Daniel (Christina); his grandchildren, Alan IV, Carter, Shauna, Emily, Ethan, Hunter and Austin; and also, Eleanor "Sissie" Muha, Jamie DiScala, Chris Burr, Don Burr, Elizabeth "Bette" Wiehe and John Burr, Sr..
