She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Albert Teixeira; her parents, Genevieve "Jenney" Kaczynski Simione and Michael Simione; her children, Lauren Barry (Chris) and Daniel Teixeira (Kristina); her grandchildren, Anabel and Avery Barry; and her siblings, Debra Mambrino (Lawrence) and Michele Battis (Alan). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
