He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DeSisto and Maria Grillo DeSisto; and his siblings, Teresa DePalma, Luigi, Fernando and Albert DeSisto.

He is survived by: his wife Andrea Lucibella DeSisto; his children, Van DeSisto (Carey) and Gina DePino (Patrick); his grandchildren, Isabella, Nicolas, Brandon DeSisto, Gianna, Lucian and Payton DePino; and his siblings, Pasquale DeSisto (Giovanna), Maria Iasalvatore and Arturo DeSisto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
