We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2020, at the age of 93, Salvatore Sitro (Northford, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Salvatore Sitro to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Sitro and Lorenza Esposito Sitro; and his siblings, James Sitro, Anna DeAngelo and Trofimena Scaramella.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Grillo Sitro; his sons, James Sitro (Michele) and Christopher Sitro; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alyssa, Michael and Anthony Sitro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A church service with entombment to follow in the All Saints Mausoleum, North Haven with military honors will be held at later date due to the present circumstances with the Covid-19 pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
