He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Clarke and Beatrice LaVallee Clarke. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Koerber Clarke; and his stepchildren, Lori Vogt, Richard Vogt (Chrysanne), Robert and Sally Vogt. He is also survived by many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
