Regina Lillian Fox Acampora Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Regina Lillian Fox Acampora of Northford, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore Alphonse Acampora; her parents, John Fox and Mary Babyak Fox; her son Arthur Acampora; and her siblings, John Fox and Barbara Alfano.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Prusinski (Steve) of Northford, Ralph Acampora of Northford, Kathryn Kopylec of Northford and Lori Sbona (Jeffrey) of Durham; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Fox, Marie and Dolores Acampora; and her caregivers, Amy, Judi and Katrina. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Monica Church (1331 Middletown Ave, Northford, CT 06472).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to North Branford Fire Department Company #3, 1958 Middletown Ave., Northford, CT 06472 or North Branford Ambulance Company #4, 1351 Middletown Ave., Northford, CT 06472.
