He is survived by: his children, Denise (Franco), Kenneth Ouimet of Middletown, Lisa (Franco), Keith Manning of Northford, Dawn (Franco), Michael Cosmas of Milford, Ralph, Jr., Mirna Paula Franco (Rocha) of Shelton, Kristie (Franco) and Jared Whitcomb of North Haven; and his brothers, Dominic Franco of West Haven, Anthony and John Franco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
