She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Fortier and Eleanor Faretra Fortier. She is survived by: her husband David E. Sullivan; her son Jonathan Sullivan (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Grace and James; her siblings, Kenneth Fortier (Pam), Michael Fortier (Donna) and Sally Hayslip (late Skip); and her aunt Dr. Gloria Faretra. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
