He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. McCarthy and Margaret Irene Carney McCarthy; and his sisters, Marie and Phyllis. He is survived by: his wife Roberta McCarthy; his children, Kathryn Ciak (Michael) and Matthew McCarthy; and his grandchildren, Savannah and Sierra Ciak.
