He is survived by: his wife Anna Milano Mulligan; his children, Gerald Mulligan, Jr. (Laura), Brian Mulligan (Dawn) and Cheryl Onofrio (John); and his grandchildren, Colleen, Alexa, Melissa, Sean, Kayleigh, Connor Mulligan, John, Lindsey and Julianna Onofrio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
