She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Colombo and Anna Montalto Colombo; her husband Charles "Big Chuck" Genera; her sons, Charles Genera and Gerald Michael Genera; and her sisters, Mary Maiorano and Rosalie Ciaburri.
She is survived by: her son Robert Genera (Veronica); her grandchildren, Francesca Gerena and Lorenzo Gerena of Plano, TX; her daughter-in-law Laura Gerena; her pets, Vito, Vinny and Poppy of Reno, NV; and her friend Debbie Ferraro.
Being one of the early Northford residents, they donated a portion of their land to what is now the Northford Volunteer Fire Department #3.
