He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Burton Shear and Sharon Hudson (Liming); his wife Kathy Shear (Abelin); his children, Lacey Martinson (Zach) of Piedmont, SD, Kendra Lyngass (Zach) of Minnesota, Jeannie Shear of Sterling, CT and Scot Shear of Plainfield, CT; his stepdaughters, Rebekah Badillo-Corchado (Andres), Milanne Glidden (Jason) and Nichole Hirchert of Willimantic, CT.; his siblings, Kim Chancey (Dave) of Santa Barbra, CA and Jeff Shear of Belle Fourche, SD; and his stepsiblings, Curt Marchiando, Todd Hudson, Danae Marchiando, Mary Jo Felion and Terri Bruch. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, extended family and friends.
