He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Trainor and Mary Trainor (Montigue); his wife Joan Trainor (Fitzgerald); and his brothers, Frank and Raymond Trainor.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Trainor and Michael Trainor (Sherri); his sister Joyce Crosby; his sister-in-law Maureen Mullin; his grandchildren, Ryan Trainor and Amanda Howell (Ethan); his great grandchildren, Ames, Jolie and Waylon Howell; his daughters, Tracey and Diane; and his friends, Butch Adams, Jack Lester, Bob and Astrid Belanger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
