He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Dietz and Helen Dietz (Hine); his brothers, Raymond Dietz and Michael Dietz; his siblings-in-law, Paul Litvinchyk and Winifred Dietz; and his nephew Garrett Dietz.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Dietz (Carrancio); his sons, Ryan Dietz (Jillian) and Bryce Dietz (Dinah); his grandchildren, Tzietel, Madeline, Xavier, Sophia, Augustine, Zelie, Felicitas, Abigail, Joachim, Gianna, Seamus, Ronan, Ignatius, Edith, Wyllis, Oliver and Caleb; his siblings, William Dietz, Deborah Selby (Kenneth), Kevin Dietz (Doreen) and Rebecca Litvinchyk; and his sister-in-law Roberta Dietz. He is also survived by many nieces nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc. (51 E Main St, Stafford, CT 06076). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Edward Church (55 High St, Stafford, CT 06076).
