In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Linda had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Linda may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Atwood (Humphrey) and Leman Atwood of Watertown, CT.. She is survived by: her husband Pedro Johnson; her brother Charles Atwood (Charlotte) of Nashville, TN; and her sons, Michael Kickingbear Johnson (Carol Swiftwaters) and David Quiet Eagle Johnson of Norwich, CT. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and many, many extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mashantucket Pequot Spiritual Center (938 Shewville Rd, Ledyard, CT 06339). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
