He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Marshall, Jr. and Mildred "Polly" Marshall (Kalin). He is survived by: his wife Joann Marshall (Gifford); his daughter Jamie (Jennifer Marshall) of Houston, TX; his stepdaughters, Michelle (Paul Peruccio) of Lebanon, CT and Donna Rymash of North Windham, CT; his sisters, Sandy Ballif of Charlottesville, VA and Donna (Roland Chaput) of Windham, CT.; his grandchildren, Joe Sands (Jessica), Jimmy Sands, Daniel Drauss, Jr., Jessica Peruccio and Megan Dziekan; and his great grandchildren, Sarah Sands, Kyle Sands and Jason Sands. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
