She was predeceased by: her son Rafael Guzman, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Rafael Guzman Lopez; her daughters, Zaida and Madelyn Guzman; and her grandchildren, Jessica Cass, Michael Larson and Omayra Quiles. She is also survived by her 9 great grandchildren.
