She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Prater and Ruby Prater (Maxwell); and her son Prater Green. She is survived by: her husband William A. Millar, II; her daughters, E. Patrice Gribbon and S. Penny Harris; and her pet Willow. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
