He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Vandale and Kazmiera Vandale (Grzysiewicz); and his brother James Vandale. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his sons, Mark (Kelly), Scott and Chad (Vinnie); his grandchildren, Nicole, Scott, Rachel and Zachary; his great grandchild Samantha; and his siblings, Nancy Frye (Russell) and Mark Vandale (Deborah). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
